These Terms and Conditions are binding. By purchasing and enrolling in Unlock Your Intuition (hereafter referred to as “the program”), you agree to abide by the following terms, disclaimers, and policies as outlined below. You must be 18 years or older to join this program.

Scope of Responsibility

You understand that this program is a spiritual mentorship experience that includes intuitive guidance, energetic practices, and personal development tools. It is not therapy, nor does it substitute for therapy or any other mental health treatment.

You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, psychological, and energetic wellbeing throughout your participation in the program, including during calls, meditations, exercises, and self-directed practices.

Sarah-Jayne Kerr is not a licensed mental health professional, medical doctor, or psychologist and does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health conditions.

Mental Health Disclaimer & Participant Suitability

To protect both yourself and the integrity of this container, this program is not suitable for individuals who:

• Have been diagnosed with severe mental health conditions including, but not limited to, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis.

• Are currently experiencing psychiatric distress or suicidal ideation.

• Are taking heavy medications that alter brain chemistry such as antipsychotics, high-dose antidepressants, or anti-anxiety medication (unless cleared with a mental health professional).

• Are currently under the influence of recreational drugs or plant medicine without integration support.

If any of these apply, we respectfully ask that you do not enrol in this program. You are encouraged to seek support from licensed professionals before engaging in intuitive or energy-based work.

Intellectual Property

All materials, guided practices, workbooks, meditations, and any other course content provided during the program remain the intellectual property of Sarah-Jayne Kerr. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, taught, or reproduced in any way without written permission.

You are not licensed or trained through this program to teach or deliver any of the course material in your own offerings.

Termination of Access

Sarah-Jayne reserves the right to terminate your access to the program without a refund if you:

• Violate the terms outlined in this agreement

• Engage in disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behaviour in the group setting

• Are deemed to be mentally or emotionally unfit to participate safely in this type of work

Every effort will be made to communicate clearly and offer support or redirection if concerns arise. However, the safety of the container and its participants is the highest priority.

Refund & Payment Policy

• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.

• If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all remaining payments regardless of your level of participation.

• There is no refund if you change your mind or choose to withdraw at any point.

• In the event of a medical emergency or extreme personal circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, within 5 days of purchase, and at the sole discretion of Sarah-Jayne Kerr.

Payment plans are offered to support accessibility, not as a trial period.
