Sarah-Jayne Kerr | Intuitive Mentorship, Sessions & Courses

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any session, course, or mentorship offered by Sarah-Jayne Kerr (“the Practitioner”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Work

Sarah-Jayne Kerr offers intuitive, spiritual, energetic, and creative services, including but not limited to:

• Psychic Clairvoyant and intuitive sessions

• Nervous-system-led mentorship

• Embodiment and integration practices

• Energetic, somatic, and reflective tools

This work is non-clinical and non-therapeutic in nature.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counselling, or professional mental health support.

2. Personal Responsibility

By entering this work, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing at all times.

All insights, reflections, guidance, and practices offered are invitations — not directives. Any decisions you make during or after participation are your own.

Integration is a personal process, and outcomes depend on your willingness to engage with honesty, presence, and self-responsibility.

3. Not a Replacement for Therapy or Medical Care

This work does not replace therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, financial advice or professional mental health support.

If you are experiencing acute distress, trauma, or crisis, you agree to seek support from a qualified professional. Participation assumes that you are sufficiently resourced to engage safely.

4. Results & Outcomes

Results vary between individuals. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Sarah-Jayne Kerr does not act as a healer or fixer, but as a guide and mirror — offering intuitive insight, reflection, and energetic support to help you access your own inner wisdom.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information and anything shared within sessions, calls, or containers will be treated with care and confidentiality, except where there is a legal obligation to disclose information to prevent harm to yourself or others.

6. Container Integrity & Client Conduct

Participation requires respectful, self-responsible, and regulated engagement.

Sarah-Jayne Kerr reserves the right to set and enforce boundaries to protect the safety, integrity, and purpose of the container.

If a participant engages in behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or misaligned with the values of the work, Sarah-Jayne Kerr may, at her discretion, remove the participant from live calls, community spaces, or the container entirely.

7. Payment Terms & Payment Plans

All purchases are final.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of participation level or whether you choose to disengage from the work.

Payment plans are offered to support accessibility and are not a trial period.

Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the container and loss of access to materials.

If Sarah-Jayne Kerr does not receive an Instalment by its Due Date, whether because of a payment failure due to lack of available funds or for any other reason, then Sarah-Jayne Kerr shall be entitled, at her sole discretion, to raise a late fee, calculated by reference to Sarah-Jayne’s Bank’s unsecured overdraft rate payable by the Client on demand, charged from the Due Date until the day on which payment is received. 

8. Refund Policy

No refunds are available once the program or container has commenced.

Except as required by law, Sarah-Jayne Kerr will not refund an Instalment paid by the Client under any circumstances, including the termination of this agreement. 

9. Session Recordings

Sessions and group calls may be recorded for participant access or internal review.

By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings will never be shared publicly without your written permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, language, frameworks, teachings, recordings, and practices shared are the intellectual property of Sarah-Jayne Kerr.

These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, taught, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Termination

Sarah-Jayne Kerr reserves the right to terminate access immediately if:

• Payment obligations are not met

• These Terms & Conditions are breached

• Client conduct compromises the safety or integrity of the container

Termination does not release the Client from their obligation to complete any outstanding payments.

12. No Reliance

By entering this agreement, you acknowledge that you have not relied on any representations, promises, or guarantees outside of what is expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

13. Indemnity & Liability Waiver

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarah-Jayne Kerr from any claims, losses, damages, actions, or expenses arising from your participation.

You accept full responsibility for your decisions, interpretations, and actions and agree not to hold Sarah-Jayne Kerr liable for emotional distress, loss, or consequences arising during or after participation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

15. Survival

Clauses relating to payments, confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnity, liability, and governing law will survive completion or termination of this agreement.

16. Agreement

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any offering by Sarah-Jayne Kerr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
