what to expect

Tayla will begin by guiding you through a gentle yoga flow, with soft, intuitive poses designed to open your mind, body, and soul to receive insights and intuitive messages.

Following the gooey yoga flow, SJ will ease you into a guided visualisation meditation component during savasana, gently grounding you in your body and connecting you to your mind’s eye. Soft breathwork will support you in arriving fully in the moment, creating space for stillness, presence, and inner connection.

At the end, you’ll receive a few journal prompts to help you reflect on your experience and support deeper integration.

To close our session, we’ll open the circle for heartfelt sharing, creating a safe space to laugh, cry, and connect authentically with one another. Oracle and intuitive readings may also be offered, enriching the experience. To nourish and ground you, snacks, cacao or tea will be provided.

Our story
Exhale was born from the shared vision of Sarah-Jayne and facilitator Tayla to create a space where meditation and yoga unite to foster personal transformation. The inspiration struck during one of Tayla’s classes, when Sarah-Jayne channeled the idea of combining her guided visualisations with Tayla’s yoga flows. Together, they discovered a powerful synergy—where meditation and movement unlock a deeper connection within.
