Yes. This is a safe, guided container with step-by-step practices, personalised support, and space to go at your own pace. You’ll be held in a space that’s both expansive and grounded, with tools and practices to support your nervous system and spiritual growth.

All calls will be recorded and uploaded to a private portal, so you can catch up in your own time. That said, I encourage you to attend live where possible this is where the real-time magic, energy, and transmission happens.

Yes. While we don’t go into full advanced channeling, you will explore connecting to higher guidance, recognising intuitive downloads, and discerning what’s truly coming from your higher self (or beyond). As you grow, these connections will strengthen naturally.
