Spinal Energetics is a holistic practice that interacts with the spine, nervous system and energetic field to help your body heal itself. It combines Eastern and Western wisdom, allowing us to shift stuck energy and create space for natural healing to unfold.

Each session begins with an intuitive reading, which flows seamlessly into the Spinal Energetics practice. Sarah-Jayne uses gentle touch to guide your body, encouraging natural movement and energy flow. By working with your body’s innate wisdom, we release resistance, unwind tension, and allow your energy to flow freely.

Movements and sounds that arise during the session are completely natural responses as your body lets go of what no longer serves you. Sound plays a powerful role in helping to shift, discover, and release stored tension, resistance, and old stories held within the body. When movement occurs, it’s a deeply organic and primordial response, allowing your body to return to its natural state of balance.

Developed by Dr. Sarah Jane, Spinal Energetics is inspired by a variety of healing modalities, including Network Spinal, Kundalini Activation Process, Alpha Alignment, Shamanism, Inner Dance, Reiki, Esoteric Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Trauma Release, and Pranayama. It also incorporates the philosophies of Buddhism, Hinduism, Chinese Medicine, and Yogic and Meditative traditions.
