ORIGINAL ARTWORK?

  • Each piece created by Sarah-Jayne Kerr is a unique, one-of-a-kind original using acrylic paint.

  • Original artworks are signed/dated on the back and come with 3M renter-friendly picture hanging strips. Please note we are not responsible for the any damage the 3M strips or artwork may cause to your interior. The 3M strips do not have to be used, but are included if you would like to use them.

  • Artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity.

CAN I COMMISSION A CUSTOM ARTWORK?

  • Yes, Sarah-Jayne offers custom commission artworks in various sizes, colours, and base materials.

  • Custom commissions exclude intuitive readings and may take up to 4-6 weeks to create (excluding delivery).

  • Commission prices start at $2,000 AUD (Exc GST), and a 100% upfront deposit is required to reserve your spot.

  • Shipping within Australia is free; international orders are subject to external shipping cost calculations.

  • Limited spots are available monthly; if unavailable, email hello@sarahjaynekerr.com to inquire and join the waitlist.

HOW WILL MY ARTWORK ARRIVE?

Original Artworks:

  • Securely packed with bubble wrap, secure cardboard corners, and labelled 'Fragile.'

International orders:

  • Delivery may take up to 6-8 weeks, depending on the selected courier.

HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL SESSION WITH SARAH-JAYNE LAST AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE SESSION?

  • Each session varies depending on individual needs, but typically lasts between 60 minutes. During the session, Sarah-Jayne will conduct an intuitive reading to explore your energetic frequency and discuss insights gained from the reading. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in meaningful dialogue to deepen your understanding.

WHAT IS AN INTUITIVE CLAIRVOYANT READING?

    • An intuitive clairvoyant reading is an intuitive session where Sarah-Jayne uses her profound intuitive channel and extrasensory perception, specifically clairvoyance, to gain insights into various aspects of your life. She taps into the past, present and future of your life and provides insightful counsel, predictions and an intuitive scan of your body’s energy to identify & release energetic blocks.

HOW DOES INTUITIVE CLAIRVOYANCE WORK?

    • Clairvoyance involves receiving information or messages through all senses. These messages can come through visually and audibly often in the form of images or symbols. Sarah-Jayne receives these insights through her mind's eye during the reading.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM AN INTUITIVE CLAIRVOYANT READING?

    • Intuitive clairvoyant readings aim to provide guidance and insights into your life, relationships, and potential future events. But, they also can delve deep into the past and bring up old patterns and memories to help Sarah-Jayne get an understanding for who you are and the messages meant for you.     • No, intuitive clairvoyant readings offer insights based on the current energy and circumstances. While Sarah-Jayne strives for accuracy, future outcomes are influenced by personal choices and free will.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PSYCHIC, CLAIRVOYANT AND INTUITIVE?

    • Psychic:

      1. A psychic is an individual with heightened sensitivity to energy and information beyond the normal human senses. Psychics may receive insights into the past, present, and future through various intuitive abilities, such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, or empathy.

    • Clairvoyant:

      1. A clairvoyant, specifically, receives intuitive information primarily through visual images, symbols, or scenes. It's the ability to see beyond the physical realm, gaining insights through the mind's eye.

    • Intuitive:

      1. An intuitive person possesses a heightened sense of inner knowing or gut feeling. While not all intuitive may identify as psychics or clairvoyants, they rely on their instincts and inner guidance to interpret information and make decisions.

In summary, all three have similar meanings and Sarah-Jayne regards them each in the same light. Sarah-Jayne sees herself as all three, however prefers to use the term intuitive clairvoyant, as it feels more comfortable. Each term represents a unique approach to accessing and interpreting intuitive information.

 HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET AN INTUITIVE CLAIRVOYANT READING?

    • The frequency of readings varies based on individual preferences. Some seek guidance regularly, while others opt for occasional sessions during significant life events or transitions.

CAN I ASK SPECIFIC QUESTIONS DURING THE READING?

    • Absolutely! Feel free to ask specific questions or discuss areas of your life that you'd like guidance on. The more open and specific you are, the more focused the reading can be.

IS THE INFORMATION SHARED DURING THE READING CONFIDENTIAL?

    • Yes, client confidentiality is a priority. Sarah-Jayne will not share details of your reading with others unless required by law or in situations concerning your safety. Most of the time the messages that Sarah-Jayne channels are not easily remembered. This is because they are meant for you and not for her. Sarah-Jayne sees herself simply like a radio antenna that picks up the frequency of the messages and she speaks them to you.

CAN I RECORD THE INTUITIVE CLAIRVOYANT READING SESSION?

    • With the Sarah-Jayne’s consent, you may be allowed to record the session for personal use. However, it's essential to respect privacy and ask for permission beforehand.

WHAT IF I DON’T RESONATE WITH THE INSIGHTS PROVIDED?

    • Readings are subjective, and not every message may immediately resonate. Take time to reflect, and if needed, discuss any uncertainties with Sarah-Jayne after the session.

DO INTUITIVE CLAIRVOYANT READINGS REPLACE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE?

    • No, intuitive readings are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as medical, legal, or financial matters. It's crucial to seek appropriate professional guidance for such concerns.

CAN I COMBINE AN INTUITIVE CLAIRVOYANT READING WITH A COMMISSIONED ARTWORK?

    • While commissioned artworks and psychic readings are separate services, you can certainly enjoy both. However, a custom artwork commission does not include an intuitive reading. The intuitive readings and artworks package has been created to allow spirit to be channelled to create the artwork, therefore the colours within the artwork cannot be changed, as Sarah-Jayne allows spirit to choose these, much like an aura reading. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you are unhappy with the colours chosen for you.
